In 2006, Rodeo was introduced as the first sport at Gillette College. The 2013 Women's team finished 4th in the Nation along with the Men winning 8th.

Since then the 25 member team has won 3 Central Rocky Mountain Region Championships (2 Women's & 1 Men's) plus one Women's National Championship in 2010. With one of the smaller programs in the region, Gillette College Rodeo continues to focus on quality over quantity. Round 2 at the CNFR is complete!

Here’s how the Pronghorns finished in the second round:

Team Roping
Drew and Jess Harper — 6.7, placing 9th in the round and moving to 7th in the average
Cam Johnson and Cael Espenscheid (CWC) — No Time

Barrel Racing
Brylee Grubb — a consistent 14.00, placing 12th in the round and sitting 5th in the average

Breakaway Roping
Kaeley Hutchison — 1.9 with a barrier
Staheli Adams — 2.4, placing 13th in the round and sitting 12th in the average

Goat Tying
Caitlin Moore — 6.6, placing 16th in the round
Brylee Grubb — 6.5, placing 13th in the round and sitting 11th in the average so far
