There’s no over night fix, but there are simple tools you can use to regulate your nervous system before you approach business sales:⁣

-Take five deep belly breaths⁣
-Shake out your arms and legs until you feel the jitters subside⁣
-Visualize roots growing from your feet; anchoring you into the earth. ⁣
-Remember that you are capable, because you CAN do all things through Christ ⁣
