The 2026 Powder Basin Classic was one for the record books!

We welcomed 236 exhibitors from across the region and showcased 1,343 entries throughout the weekend.

The Northeast Wyoming Elite Swine Futurity kicked off the event on Friday evening with 39 entries, setting the stage for an outstanding weekend of competition.

Combined breeding and market entry counts included:

🐑 Sheep – 146 Saturday | 103 Sunday
🐖 Swine – 234 Saturday | 172 Sunday
🐂 Beef – 59 Saturday | 52 Sunday
🐐 Goats – 68 Saturday | 53 Sunday

The Powder Basin Classic awarded $16,525 in Champion, Reserve Champion, Third Overall, and Division payouts, along with approximately $8,000 in awards presented throughout the weekend. This does not include the figures for the outstanding class payouts.

None of this would be possible without the exhibitors, families, volunteers, judges, vendors, and supporters who continue to make the Powder Basin Classic a premier livestock event. Thank you for helping us create an outstanding experience for youth exhibitors and their families.

We are already looking forward to what next year will bring.

All entries must be completed online through Showman.app.
