Today, Susan serves as CEO of Chrysalis, an organization helping individuals and families find safety, support, and a path forward.

What stood out most in our conversation wasn't where her journey began or even where it is today. It was her belief that we are not the sum of our mistakes—and that no matter where we find ourselves, there is always an opportunity to write a different ending.
