👩‍🚒👮‍♀️👩‍⚕️ Dream Big, Little Helpers! 🧑‍🚒🧑‍⚕️👨‍🚀
Our Building Blocks Preschool students are learning all about community helpers and sharing what they want to be when they grow up! 💕✨

From firefighters and doctors to teachers, police officers, and so much more, our little learners have BIG dreams! 🌟

We love watching their imaginations grow! 🥰

🐬🎉 WAY TO GO DOLPHINS! 🎉🐬
What an incredible fundraiser! We are blown away by the generosity, energy, and support from our Islands Elementary families and community! 💙

Thank you to everyone who donated, participated, volunteered, shared, and cheered us on! 🙌

Now it’s time to CELEBRATE! 🥳 Our Dolphins earned a Week of Awesomeness AND a Day of Awesomeness on October 1st! 🎉

We are SO proud of you, Dolphins! 🐬💙

Lots of fun in PE!
Miss Udall’s PE class took on the climbing ropes and showed off their strength, courage, and determination. Every climb is a chance to challenge yourself and reach a little higher!

🎶 Making music and making memories! 🎵 Our 5th and 6th graders are working with Orff instruments in music class with Ms. George. Students are learning, creating, and having fun! 🥁🎼✨

The Building Blocks Preschool Program at Islands Elementary enjoyed a fun day learning about community helpers! 🚌 Valley Metro visited our classroom and gave our students a hands-on opportunity to learn more about the important work they do in our community. Our students loved exploring, asking questions, and learning how community helpers help keep our community moving!

🍊🌵 3rd Grade Learning in Action! 🌵🍊
Our 3rd graders had a hands-on learning experience with Arizona’s 5 C’s—cotton, cattle, citrus, climate, and copper! 🤠

Students even got to handle a real cotton boll and actual copper from an Arizona mine, bringing our Arizona history and agriculture lessons to life. 🌱⛏️

A big thank-you to Arizona Farm Bureau Ag in the Classroom for helping make learning so engaging and memorable! 📚💚
