Remember that when strength training, the scale is not a good indicator of progress. You may weight the same, but actually be much smaller. Take measurements and note the fit of your clothing.

Self-determination is a must for a successful fitness program. When I have new clients, I can tell in about 5 minutes whether they are determined to change or not. HAVE A GREAT DAY! I'M OFF TO WORK WITH SOME DETERMINED CLIENTS
Tip for today: Goals are set, but are they attained?
To minimize body fat while maintaining muscle mass.(It is best to lose body fat slowly). Try to lose no more than one pound of body fat per 100 pounds of body weight each week.
A family that trains together stays together longer. Javier and Joy blew it up today. Fried us up some legs 👍🏽👍🏽
