Gratitude creates latitude

I created Relaks because I overcame my own anxieties about life caused from childhood traumas, which lead to homelessness, addiction and depression. One day I woke up tired and decided I didn't want to live that way anymore. I wasn't going to let my abuser and addiction have any more power over my life. I decided to fight for myself and my two sons. I learned to tap into divine energy, and non-invasive holistic techniques, including nutrition, and ancient practices such as Reiki, and hypnotherapy. I believe in these ancient practices because I am living proof that they work. My mission today is to provide a safe space giving my clients the tools they need to heal and live their best life, healing of the mind, body and spirit. Contact me today for an appointment.
