Some of what we do, I'd consider boring. Like checking heatmaps for rankings all the time etc. But seeing progress makes it less boring! And helping people find the good stuff makes it more fun π Still work to do in this particular case, but it's coming along πͺ

Two photos here. The one is Meagan at a Young Business Leaders event with Community Foundation of Northern Virginia in 2014. We were sort of βyoungβ I guess. Been operational for a few years at this point out of a basement living situation. Then the other photo is us now, leading charge into some really fun areas of creative development and marketing. Being a PA, Meagan has great insight and understanding of the medical field, where many of our clients operate. Is it weird to work with a spouse? I mean yes. Yes it is. Do we have a unique advantage in serving our clients because of shared experience and great shorthand? Yes. Yes we do. Itβs our anniversary. Or it was a couple days ago. So Iβm gonna make it all about work and say, happy anniversary to my best friend, wife and senior director. π Weβre seeing such strong results in businesses from Boston to Cleveland to Boise to Los Angeles; and itβs a team effort. Our staff, our friends and our colleagues keep us sharp, keep us focused and keep us striving for more!
