OPINION: Wendy’s has closed at the SE corner of Val Vista and Warner after a long, slow death. What would you like to see take its place?
COMING SOON: is planning another Gilbert location—this time a ground-up build at the NW corner of Higley & Queen Creek.
After opening in Downtown Gilbert earlier this year, this will mark their 4th location overall, with another Gilbert shop and two in Scottsdale.

THINGS TO DO: has set up its big top at Gilbert Regional Park and will be in town for a limited time.
This modern-style circus features acrobats, aerial performers, comedy acts, and live entertainment inside a classic circus tent. The show runs about 90 minutes and is designed to be a fun, family-friendly experience.
📍 Location: Gilbert Regional Park (Higley & Queen Creek)
📅 Dates: April 9–19
One thing that makes this circus different from traditional ones is that there are no animals, with the focus entirely on human performers and theatrical acts.

COMMERCIAL: A 4-acre retail plaza on Warner Rd just east of Gilbert Rd, near Life Time Fitness, has sold for $10,800,000. The center is home to several popular local spots including , Zipps Sports Grill, , and .
The property previously sold for $10,400,000 in 2022, $11,000,000 in 2006, and $2,000,000 back in 2004, showing how values for well-located retail in Gilbert have climbed over time.
