I'll start - I LOVE MY KITCHEN!!!!

One of the biggest turnoffs for a homebuyer is clutter in the home they are viewing. Make sure you box everything up and store away for your new home. The less you have in the home to distract buyers the faster your home will sell and often for more money. Don't forget to remove personal items and don't forget to box up the family photos as well. You want buyers to imagine their things in the home, not yours.

Today, my Mom would have been 104 years old - This post is you Mom - My mom did not have a "junk" drawer in the house. Our home was lived in, but everything had a place and everything we were privileged to own was cared for. She was ORGANIZED! Every closet and drawer was spotless.
