Good P&Z Study Session last night. The Commissioners asked some good questions of the Town Staff. Let's see if the applicant, staff and neighbors can work together to put a plan into place that fits the General Plan Guidelines. We hope so!

Tonight is the P&Z Study Session in Town Council chambers at 5:30pm. They will be discussing the 26.6 acre infill piece at 164th Road & Cloud. Come show your support in opposition to rezoning this piece. No need to speak just show support by being present. Your presence will speak VOLUMES!!! Thanks

IMPORTANT Neighborhood Meeting scheduled for Sept. 6th, 6:00pm Payne Jr. High to discuss the property located in the middle of Seville, Country Shadows & Greenfield Acres. Come out to hear what Pew & Lake, Attorneys at Law have to say on behalf of their OUT OF STATE DEVELOPER client on what they have planned for our San Tan Character Area. It goes against OUR recently VOTER APPROVED General Plan & what the community wants. Make your voice be heard!

Congratulations to the new Town Council members. We hope that the vision that has been set for Gilbert continues and Gilbert remains the great place it is today.

San Tan PAC supports CLEAN elections. Dirty politics, mud slinging, unfounded accusations... these are not what STP finds to be in the best interest of Gilbert. Gilbert has a very high approval rating & we didn't get that by accident. The incumbents had a big hand in making Gilbert a great place to live. Cast your vote for individuals that VALUE Gilbert, not for those that hide behind "no name" derogatory signs.

Do you know where your polling place is? Is it far from your home or close-by? The southern portion of Gilbert has few options, call your polling representatives to ask why....

Gilbert Town Council early ballots are out this week. Time to ask ourselves "Are we happy with the town's leadership?" "Have they done a good job managing the town's resources and implementing a common vision for the town?" Be sure to vote and choose wisely - these town leaders have more impact on your daily lives than State legislators, US Senators, or even the President.

SB1525 severely limits the ability of local governments to recoup costs of adding infrastructure for new development. Existing homeowners have paid their fair share in the price of their homes - if this passes they’d also pay for the new developments through increases in other taxes – paying twice.

The cheaper homes, subsidized by tax payers, further flatten real estate prices. Contact your legislators today.
