High temps are here as well as Humidity around the corner and we definitely dont want you to encounter any type of drywall damage due to a failed drainline.

We caught this Primary drain line just in time. We were able to replace the P-Trap along with adding a T valve with a cap.
That gives us the ability to clean it out every annaul maintenance inspection and not let it get to this point!

This house was saved of any drywall damage due to having a saftey float switch on the secondary opening thats designed to turn the unit off until all water has properly drained.

-Great Safety feature to have!
