Lapp Beyond the Lens

My best friend in the entire world’s engagement session… only 2 months late. Not because she isn’t important, but because she understands life happens sometimes.

In the middle of moving across states, ER visits, sickness, Matt flying home to be with his dad in the hospital, getting the kids settled into new classes, and all the chaos in between… she never once asked, “When will my photos be done?”

And honestly, she of ALL people knows that when I have my hands on gold like this session, I’m usually downloading cards and staying up way later than I should just to get sneak peeks out!

All this to say… even though it took me forever to share these, I could not be more excited or proud of my best friend. She’s engaged to her “other” best friend, and it’s one of those love stories that just makes sense.

A million years ago when we first met, I remember her pausing literally everything we were doing just to talk to Brock. Turns out all my valuable waiting time paid off after all😂

Love you guys so much. I’m beyond excited for this next chapter for you both🥂

Well we’ve been on the road for what feels like a week! It’s been filled with adventures, new sights, foods and faces! We’ve finally made it to our new state! Morgan Liess Only one person guessed it right and I have a feeling she’s made the same route a time or two!!

We’re officially Arizona residents!!

Sometimes our sessions start one way and end another
nap time got interrupted… but pizza and a little fresh air never fail 🍕

Omaha has been such a big chapter of my photography journey.

You trusted me with your babies, your milestones, your real, everyday moments… and somewhere along the way it stopped feeling like “clients” and started feeling like people I actually know and care about. That part means more than I can explain.

If you’ve ever stepped in front of my camera here, you’ve been part of building this. Every session, every story, every family… it all led here.

And now…

everything is about to change.

The Lapp family is moving.
