The Piano Guys are a world famous Cello / Piano duo group who create epic music videos in exotic locations around the world. The Piano Guys also operate an online national piano retail division located in Gilbert AZ. That's where you come in! We're hiring for a unique e-commerce position which would entail phone / chat / email selling as well as post-sale customer service, shipping, and logistics. Qualifications:
Must have an innate talent for written and verbal communication as well as a passion for piano and music. Once you learn all of the selling points and features for our 10 Yamaha Clavinova products, you will need to have the ability to to respond to live chats, texts and emails, often in real time, with the purpose of matching the needs of the customer with the right product. The primary goal being to sell instruments, represent the Yamaha / Piano Guys brand well, and follow through on the shipping and logistics.

Answer ... if you are an amazing person, love music, love people, competent, honest, have keen selling instincts, likes to learn new things, and really care about being excellent at your job, you'll fit right in. We can teach you to play a few easy pop tunes and that's all the skill you'll need to be great at this job. If you meet the above criteria and already play some piano, even better!

JOB DESCRIPTION

With so many piano companies under one roof, you'll find yourself multi tasking and switching gears all day long. When you’re not with a customer, you will find yourself booking deliveries, doing email follow ups, writing Craigslist posts, researching products, doing collections on delinquent accounts, or polishing up the showroom. If you’re not energized by engaging with people all day and winning people over with your enthusiasm and sharp wit, this may not be a good fit for you.
