✌🏼Alex here! & I am a movement enthusiast! Yoga has opened the door of freedom for me. It’s allowed me to stimulate the creative side, it’s given me rituals that keep my chaotic energy more balanced and it has challenged me to think outside of the box when it comes to how I move my body & how I use my mind! I have so many different sources of inspiration, including my AMAZING Teachers .temme & first & foremost I will always be a student but I am excited to share my findings with you 🖤

You know what pi**es me off… like 10 min before this I held my handstand. It hasn’t been the handstand practice that has been difficult, it’s been the acceptance that each day my body, my emotions, my thoughts are different- therefore my handstand is different. Be patient, with yourself and with your practice. I am not weak because my handstand didn’t work, I am strong because I was able to acknowledge that something was a little different 10 min later. ✨
