Such a pleasure working an amazing patient. Gross caries underneath large buccal resin, caries everywhere else with lots of decalcification on lingual, mesial, & distal surfaces.
Included bitewing x-rays, excess cement cleaned off after final

Sadly I wasn’t able to get any prep photos...
Patient presented with ceramic crown with open margin which we replaced.
Previous prep large undercut on mesial, I tried to correct it but not too much as I wanted to preserve tooth structure

One of the great features of Cerec is the biocopy option that gives you the ability to copy the patients existing tooth structure.
Some of the cracks are hard to see once prepped so I highlighted them all for you. Feel free to discuss or ask questions!

One of my favorite crown preps. A near perfect e. Max preparation in a difficult clinical situation.
Swipe left and you can the mesial tilt of the tooth.
