I created CHIN UP with hopes that it would become a source of light and comfort for anyone rolling with the punches of life. And let me tell you… life’s been close to knocking me tf out, but I’ve gotten back up; no matter the circumstance.

I created CHIN UP right around the beginnings of all this terrible anti trans legislation being thrown around. My first time performing it, I wanted to do something special. So as I was putting a Fit together, as I like to do since fashion is growing on me , I had an idea come to me about how I could represent the trans community. I hot-glued 3 bow ties together (blue,pink,white) and braided the ends of them down to the center of my chest, secured by a vinyl record pin. I have just as much love for music as I do for the Q***r community. It doesn’t matter to me which “letter” you identify as, we are all a piece of a larger picture, a larger community. And now, more than ever, is the time that we should love and support each other. Especially our brothers and sisters who need it the most.

My soul is music. Always has been and always will be. I can’t think everyone enough for the immense amount of love that has been returned to me because of this song. I will continue to give y’all what you didn’t know you needed. One song at a time. C A N V A S is dropping in June and I can’t wait for you to hear the rest of what’s been going on in my heart.

Performed some new music tonight and put together this Fit, with a small touch of color to represent the trans community. (trans flag colors in the bow ties)

I really let go during this performance and the crowd loved it. With how crazy things are in the world, I always aim to be a positive example for my q***r family and friends. Strangers or not. I love you all and I will always make sure we are respected in every room

I put together this fit for y’all! And I’m so happy with it. I felt so damn good 😎 exploring gender fluidity in clothing has been so liberating and I can’t wait to see where my heart takes me next 🤔

Excuse me while I work out my poetry muscle. I used to love writing so much and over the years I’ve really forgotten about it. But I’m glad I’ve caught the scent now 😊

I’ve almost finished writing this new project and this place I’m at mentally and spiritually right now is so beautiful. I can’t wait to share it with y’all ❤️

The energy has shifted inside of me and it’s begging to break out into the universe. I can’t control it at this point. I will be taking what it mine. Learning everything I can. Going after every opportunity that presents itself. I deserve to be here. I exist. As soft as I wanna be and still stronger than my worst day.

My mind is open and my heart is ready to flow
