Check out the market summary reports for March according the the ARMLS.

Most areas had an increase in supply, and days on maket. Mesa was the only city in the East Valley to take a decrease in list prices.

Overall houses are sitting longer than a month (in some cases 2-3 months), so there are plenty of homes to buy.
