The Mystery Short Snorter Project was created to locate the signers of a "Short Snorter" bill which was found in Tempe, Arizona in 1997.

The Bill:
The "short snorter" bill seen in our profile picture was found by a bank teller in Tempe, Arizona in 1997. The bill was given to the teller as part of a cash deposit from a merchant at a local mall and the teller thought it was peculiar.
