We’ve done it. We’ve all been there. A near universal experience.
Falling off track.
I would be completely shocked if I were to meet someone who hasn’t started over, reset, or found themselves at square 1, yet again.
I’m not talking just about the big life overhaul way. I’m talking about a forgotten skill, a buildable habit, a diet, or even reimagining a new life for yourself.
We have all found the need to reset and reconvene.
While you want to do everything you can to get off the start/stop merry-go-round, the fact of the matter is that it’s inevitable. Just like having life insurance. You don’t want to HAVE to use it, but sooner or later…🤷🏻♀️
So tuck away this roadmap and save it for when you find yourself at the starting line again. And if you’re tired of hitting the refresh button with every goal—maybe it’s time for that next level accountability that will take your success to the next level.

The daily grind. Emails checked. Texts responded to. Phone calls made. It’s not glamorous. It’s not fancy. But it’s where the actual work happens.
Big plans written out on white boards will always trump sticky notes and running to do lists. Crossing the finish line will always usurp the midway check point where you’re on the verge of tears.
The process is unsexy and underwhelming but that is where the true metamorphosis happens.

Are you waiting for a bit more spark? Something to reignite that fire.
The motivation just comes and then leaves. And you’re left there holding a huge pile of unfulfilled plans, empty checklists, and unmet goals.
When we rely on motivation, we’re going to fail. Like a 1% chance of success. They’ve done studies on this.
Harsh truth: you’re not that special to fall into that 1%. You are special..but maybe just not in that way 😅
Accountability is where the change happens. Motivation WILL fade. Guaranteed.
But that person in your corner, hyping you up, cheering you on, holding your feet to the fire so you can pursue what you dream of…that’s where the good stuff is.

Do you find yourself starting over again and again and again? You’re not broken. It’s actually very common.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Pinky swear!
Starting over is a GOOD thing, because it means you didn’t quite.
But the GREAT thing??? Pursuit without pause. No restart. No square 1. No day 1. Just a continuation of that good work you know that you can excel in.
You might find yourself in this rinse and repeat pattern because you are:
1) Trying to do too much at once
2) Waiting for the “perfect” time (hint: that’s never going to happen)
3) Losing focus
4) Losing motivation
5) doing it without an accountability partner.
That last one...THAT’S the difference between a 70% chance of success on a goal and a 95% chance of achievement.
If you find yourself hitting that recycle pattern over and over again...stop it in its tracks and partner up with me and watch your success soar.
If your aspirations can’t line up with “real life,” then you might be setting yourself up for failure.
Pushing yourself doesn’t come without sacrifice; if it is 100% sacrifice, that is a golden recipe for burnout and failure.
Think of diets. If you can’t fit in a slice of birthday cake or date night out, the likelihood of failure on that diet is much higher than for those who practice moderation. You can still go after your goals. You can still have something to go after, but if you don’t account for real-life things, when they happen, you go off track and feel completely deterred from your goal.
Failure.
Good goals. Ones that are put together brilliantly (like with an accountability coach 🙃) make room for flexibility. Margin. Real life.
“Oh crap” moments and bad days should not stand in the way of your dreams and aspirations.
