New Feature: Shrimp Bucatini!
Wild caught Patagonian red shrimp, asparagus, snap peas, bell peppers, tossed in a light lemon butter sauce, and topped with grated parm!
This dish pairs amazing with Domaine De Couron, Viognier! Aromas of yellow flowers, honeysuckle and peach. Bright and balanced for a gorgeous Washington day!

We are opening a family-owned spot in the heart of downtown Gig Harbor created to meet a few everyday needs: a casual place for wholesome lunches, grab-and-go dinners on busy evenings, fresh baked goods, and beverages for the whole family!

We’re beyond thrilled to announce the opening of THE MIDWAY — coming early summer 2026! A deli, bakery, and market located in the historic downtown building formerly known as Heritage Distillery.
And don’t worry — MORSO isn’t moving or changing. Our family is growing.
THE MIDWAY will be a bustling deli, bakery, and market rooted in what we love most: healthy eating, thoughtful food made with intention, and genuine community connection. We believe it will be a welcoming place for all ages — a go-to stop for locals and visitors alike.
This vision comes to life through siblings Trish Huff + Nick Hosea — a shared passion, a shared dream, and now, a new adventure. It’s all made possible by the heart, dedication, and talent of our incredible MORSO team.

When people say Gig Harbor, they think of the Tides Tavern and that is not changing! With an exciting future ahead, seems like a good time to celebrate the Tides, its amazing team and the legacy they have ingrained in our community.
Thank you for the memories created, the meals shared, the friendships formed, the proposal accepted, the employees you’ve nurtured, and the love stories that started there.
