What a reason to celebrate!

Over the last 2 weekends, we've had 13 people publicly declare their faith through baptism! 5 during second service the first weekend, and 8 this past weekend in the Sound!

Baptism is a beautiful step of obedience and a public celebration of the new life we have in Christ.

Church Family Reminder!
This Sunday, July 19 at 10:00 AM, we'll be worshipping together at Volunteer Park! There will be no morning services at WPN or WPS.
Please bring:
• A main dish and a side or dessert to share
• A serving utensil for your dish
• A lawn chair or blanket for the service and picnic
We'll provide water, plates, napkins, and utensils.
We can't wait to worship, fellowship, and enjoy a wonderful morning together as one church family. See you there!

One of our long-standing ministry partners, Crista Ministries, has partnered with MeySen Academy, a Christian School in Japan, to provide international experiences to Japanese students. They call it a Home Stay. These students will travel to the US, experience camp at Miracle Ranch, and then stay with a host family for 3 nights. Host families are encouraged to bring these students with them to events, Church, and the regular things they do for fun. Families are also encouraged to share the gospel, pray with, and encourage these students.

This is where you come in. It is very short notice, but Jonathan Takenami from MeySen Academy needs a few more host families for an August 1-4 Home Stay. I'm passing this along to you! If you think you might be interested in hosting some Japanese students for a few nights in the beginning of August, please let me know by sending a new email to [email protected].
