Another fall with beautiful colors in my yard. It's times like this when all the work is worth it.

Two huge clusters of Oyster Mushrooms! I'd try to get them down from the tree, but I have no clue what I would do with them!

I learned something new today. There is such a thing as Frost Flowers! I found some along the trail today.

Nice 3-day visit to Port Angeles. Short hikes at Salt Creek Recreation Area, Cape Flattery, and Marymere Falls. Just what we needed!

Neighbors texted us that they saw a bear in our yard this morning. We found our bird feeder torn off the tree, the bark scraped up, and the bracket (half of an aluminum bicycle wheel screwed into the tree) broken in half!

I really hate when this happens! It's my own fault for getting the bottom glaze a little too thick. It's time for the grinder and Sairset for the shelf. Unfortunately, the bowl gets the hammer due to a long crack through the foot and bottom.

First kiln load for Altrusa's Gig Harbor Empty Bowls. Second picture is my favorite out of this load. Great firing...not a single drip on the shelves...amazing for glazes that move as much as many of these combos do.
