The Back 2 School Health Clinic is now accepting registrations for new students to Hillsborough County Schools who may need a school physical or any student who may need updated immunizations or shot records updated. Remember - Hillsborough County Public Schools is offering children 18 years of age and younger free meals this summer through the Summer Food Service Program.

Attention Parents and Guardians: Project LINK's Back-2-School Health Clinics are now open for registration for children aged 5-17 who attend public or charter schools in Hillsborough County. This includes children starting Kindergarten or 7th grade, as well as those who are new to Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS).

If your child is uninsured or on Medicaid, you can schedule appointments for a NO COST School Physical, Routine Immunization, or Immunization Records Transfer/Update to the Florida Form DH-680 (Certification of Immunization).
