Recently, Mrs. Wilson’s 5th grade class from Moncton, Maryland, visited the Daniel Lady Farm for the fourth consecutive year to participate in the Kids Games group program. This immersive program allows students to learn about the evolution of games across different historical eras through a fun, hands-on approach.
Mrs. Wilson continues to bring her class to the farm annually, noting that the environment and curriculum are uniquely appropriate for this age group. The program offers a hands-on experience that tells real people's stories and brings history up close for all students. She shared that her students send letters each year expressing how much they enjoy their visit.
