Prevention of Blindness Society of Metropolitan Washington® is offering eye exams by appointment for individuals ages 5 to 100. They accept many forms of DC, Maryland, and Virginia Medicaid.

Eye exams are $40 for self-pay patients. Eyeglasses are not included in the exam fee, but basic eyeglasses, including single vision and bifocals, start at $40, including frames.

Since 1973, the Healthcare Initiative Foundation (HIF) has been dedicated to advancing a healthy community in Montgomery County, Maryland. From the Foundation’s first investment in an ambulance for the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad, the Board of Trustees and staff have been committed to ensuring that local nonprofits have the resources they need to increase capacity and innovation for healthcare accessibility. It is with that warm spirit that the Board of Trustees welcomes Jen to the team!
