At MEGEX Towing and Recovery, we are seeking an Office Associate to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Carrier Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, sort, and store invoices.
- Collect payments.
- Pay bills and maintain files.
- Order parts and materials.
- Driver’s dispatch.
- Monitor expiration dates on Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Permits, and Titles.
- Conduct constant follow-ups with customers.
- Issue Invoices.
- Manage paperwork for new hires and terminated employees.
Payments and Benefits:
Based Salary.
+ plus
Commission.
+ plus
Paid Sick Leave -12 days*.
+ plus
Paid Vacation - One week*.
*Available for Full-Time position after the first 90 days.
