Heya! Here's a little Wednesday Wisdom for ya!
Life isnโt easy. But you get to choose your hard. ๐คฏ
-Itโs hard to spend 30min to an hour working out a couple of times a week.
-Itโs hard to enjoy spending time with kids/grandkids, hiking or hanging out with friends when walking or running makes you short of breath, exhausted or feel self-conscious.
-Itโs hard to make time to meal prep.
-Itโs hard to be overweight and constantly stress eating junk (or not eating because nothing is prepared)
-Itโs hard to pick yourself up mentally and get motivated when you are feeling tired, overwhelmed or defeated.
-Itโs hard to constantly replay the negative self-talk, over and over again and feel like you arenโt worth the time or effort.

Some Wednesday Wisdom for you!
"When you want different for yourself, you have to start moving different. Old keys donโt unlock new doors." ๐
I'm not sure who the original author is of this quote, but I thought it was quite a striking imagery. ๐คฏ
It is easy to say I want to change.
But far harder to actually ACT like you want that change.
Change often requires a change of movement, of mindset, of habit, of comfort, of effort, of standard. And it's not an action you get to take just once, you have to follow through on those actions day after day. ๐คช
So next time you are feeling discouraged or overwhelmed or unsure, remind yourself that if you don't MAKE the change, ACT differently for the change, there cannot BE a change.
You are the KEY. ๐.

How is your sleep at night? ๐ฅฑWe can help you with sleep multiplier. Ask one of our instructors about it! ๐ด
Not allowing yourself to get the proper amount of rest can have negative effects on your heart health. Those who do not get enough sleep are at a higher risk of high blood pressure or heart attacks. Set a sleep schedule to hold yourself to. Have a time that you "turn off" prior to when you actually sleep so that your mind and body can wind down and allow you a good nights rest. not only will you have more energy the next day, but your heart will thank you!
