Happy Tails Pet Retreat

Happy Saturday!

We’ve got a full house with a whopping 33 animals staying with us! We had 10 check-ins yesterday and 5 more today, including so many sweet faces of families with 2 & even 3!!

We’re so grateful for this beautiful weather and are sneaking in every minute we can with the sunny, dry skies. The pups are loving all the fresh air and playtime, and the cats are happily napping in the sunshine.

Boy, it’s a hot one out there today! ☀️

Thank goodness for shade, cold water, air conditioning, and lots of happy guests! We welcomed 13 check-ins today and we officially have a full house for the rest of the week and weekend.

We’re also excited to welcome Savannah and Cotton for their very first boarding stay with us! We’re so happy to have them here and can’t wait to get to know them better.

We’re so thankful for all of our sweet guests spending their summer days with us! 🐾

Today we are welcoming Bodie for his very first stay with us! He has a few visits scheduled in the future, but today was just a daycare trial to help him get familiar with us, our routine, and all the fun. It is the perfect day since we have a great group of our regulars to help him feel welcome:)

Daycare or Overnight trials are always such a great idea before a longer boarding stay. It gives your pup a chance to feel comfortable, make some friends, and know that Happy Tails is a safe and happy place to be! 💛

We are absolutely loving this beautiful 75-degree weather! Our boarding guests and daycare friends had the best day soaking up the sunshine, playing with friends, and enjoying all the fresh air and honestly, so did we:)

School is officially out for summer for my kiddos! I apologize if I’ve been a little behind on emails or messages over the last few days, but we are finally finished with all the end-of-the-year celebrations. They will be starting middle school and high school in the fall…where did the time go? 🥹

Today Bri and I welcomed 10 guests for their stays with us! We also got to meet August, who joined one of our amazing client families, and we are so excited to get to know him.

We had six check-ins today with more friends joining us tomorrow, and with an absolutely beautiful weekend ahead, we are ready for all the sunshine, cuddles & fun!!

Yesterday was a big reset day here after a large group of checkouts. We had a full day of cleaning & yard-work. I always love how fresh and clean everything feels afterward. There’s just something about getting everything back in tip-top shape!

Today we are refreshed, recharged, and absolutely loving this sunshine and outside playtime with our daycare friends and boarding guests. 🐶💛

Unfortunately, Josie’s birthday party has to be rescheduled to next Friday, but luckily everyone who was planning to come for daycare is still joining us tomorrow! So be sure to check back for all of those fun pictures-we can’t wait!
