Ellis Landscaping

Long weekend work and otherwise. Got base rock in on 75% of our project before the rain hit today.
Supposed to get quite a bit of rain tomorrow so I was glad to move some rock and get our wall footers done.

Productive day getting some patio base installed and some soon to be wall footings excavated.
Would say it was a nice way to wrap the week, but we’ll be back at it tomorrow to try and get everything rocked before Sunday’s rain.

Now I just need the weather to hold so my job site can dry up enough to start bringing in base material.

When the customer wants a pair of sentimental chairs bolted to the patio you bolt them haha 😂 this one was a & Ellis Landscaping collaboration.

Had a case of the Monday’s with the baby . It decided it was time to blow a hydraulic line today. When machines break down unexpectedly it can literally put a wrench in your day. So..... for you other contractors, what do you normally do when a machine goes down? Stop what your doing and start fixing it? Call the dealer to drop it off? Go pick up another machine? Switch to what you can do and try to figure out the machine later? Or light it on fire and go get a new one? Let me know how you normally do?

What pizza would you make in this classic ? Or would you be sticking to the grill??? Haha 😂

All play and no work at complete with a mini putt putt course. almost got to wear a green jacket tonight and walk home with the trophy, but he lost in the tie breaker. @ The Park Vista...a Doubletree Hotel
