The kids are almost to the finish line for their school year! Our first full day for school age will be Friday May 22! Ms Kendra and Ms Brittany have a fun summer planned. Park day will be Thursday. Closed toe shoes are required for park day and suggested for other days due to outside play. If you have not signed your child’s park permission slip please see Ms Kendra to do so. We are asking families to bring a bright safety green T-shirt for their child to decorate and wear for park day to keep the group easier to see while playing at the park. I will attach a picture. Every Tuesday will be water day weather pending. Please come dressed for water day and bring a change of clothes for after. Towel and sunscreen. We are asking for parents to send ready to eat lunches this summer as we have had picnic tables donated and then will be enjoying lunch outside when possible. A friendly reminder we are not allowing any devices. Also these privileges can be taken pending behavior issues. Please remind your children to be kind, respectful, and follow daycare rules. We all want to have a fun summer! Everyone please bring a refillable water bottle! We are also adding June 19 (Juneteenth ) to our closed holiday schedule
Due to low attendance the past 3 years. I will send a separate message with the list of school age students that have been signed up and approved for summer break.

We’re still thinking about this past Sunday.

We honored our Wee Care teachers and took time to recognize the work they do every single day.

These teachers are shaping lives through patience, care, and consistency. What they do matters. 🍎

Parents and families, take a moment this week to say thank you. A short note, a kind word, or a simple gesture goes a long way. ✉️

This is what it looks like to live out our mission of connecting church and community in Christ.

To our Wee Care teachers, thank you. We see you, and we are grateful for you. 🙏

Us celebrate our staff and show them we appreciate them!

Families,
After yesterdays message was sent out we have had several phone calls regarding summer spots. We are very sorry that we cannot take everyone. With that being said if an opening comes available we will reach out to others needing a spot to fill them but as of now the list sent yesterday is set. Calling the center mad or being rude to staff will not change that. Please bear with us as we navigate these
New situations. To all of our families thank you for trusting us with your children. We all hope to have a fun and safe summer break.
