We are a local Special Olympics team here in Georgetown and welcome you to join us!

We compete in sports throughout the year and in these sports currently:

Powerlifting - Practice year round
Basketball - January & February
Cycling - Spring
Track & Field - Spring
Bocce - Summer
Golf - Summer
Swimming - Summer
Bowling - Fall

Our athletes are wrapping up their local Area competitions this summer in Bocce, Golf and Swimming in preparation for the upcoming state competition.

It's going to be another great opportunity for our athletes to compete against others from around the state!

Welcome to the team page for the CenTex Rockets, a local Special Olympics team based out of Georgetown, TX.

We accept athletes from ages 7 to 99 and are more than just a team but have become a "family" to each other. Our athletes learn new skills, develop friendships and get to feel the pride when they compete.
