Forward Bible Camp

Our Summer Missionary team is such a joy! They have been working tirelessly to get camp ready. Training sessions and work projects went smoothly and we were even able to fit in a trip to town 💕 With the team's musical talents we shared Joy at the retirement home in Placerville. Then we took some time to cool off at the river.

No matter what we are doing here at camp or off the grounds, we have a wonderful time doin' it! ☺️

Our missionaries are going to be popping into a number of our supporting churches this summer!! Our first stop, Camino Community Church ❣️⛪

Our team shared Camp with the students at Living Liberty Studies today!!! We felt a little of the excitement of camp as we played with the kids, shared our favorite things about camp and invited them all to join us this summer 🌞

As I hike around the camp property, taking in all that needs to be accomplished before Campers arrive, I'm finding little bits of new life springing up and I can't help but be reminded...

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”

God is doing a good thing here and will continue to work in people to revive and restore and rejuvenate through the chapel lessons, memory verses, worship, personal devotions, service and mentoring going to take place this summer.

There is still a lot to get ready for campers. We have multiple work days coming up and all y'all are welcome to bring your gloves and water bottles to help!
