"For Your Coastal Boating Needs" In 1957 W.T. “Buster” Bellune began selling Evinrude motors out of the filling station he operated in Georgetown.
This room off the side of the filling station became known as “The Boat Shed”. As the boat and motor business began to grow, Buster moved to the foot of St. James Street in 1966 to concentrate on selling and servicing Evinrude motors. In 1968, Buster’s son Billy came to work at The Boat Shed and successfully operated and expanded the buisness. The Boat Shed is now run by Buster’s grandson,Tom Bel
