Progress is moving full speed ahead at Ascalon Medical Office Park!

Over the past two weeks, our team has achieved several key construction milestones, including:

• Parapet framing
• Drywall installation
• Masonry work
• Plumbing rough-in
• Electrical gear and transformer installation
• Second & third floor concrete slabs poured on metal deck
• Roof joists installed

It's exciting to see this project continue to take shape as each phase builds on the last. From qualifying subcontractor numbers, verifying scopes, to completing required bid breakouts, finalizing proposal documents, and uploading the entire package before the deadline - it's truly an all-hands-on-deck effort.

Behind every submitted proposal is a team working through countless details, double-checking every number, and racing the clock to ensure everything is accurate and complete.
Today was one of those days! The deadline was met, the package was submitted, and now we wait.

Take a look at the transformation of 1610 Woodstead Court in The Woodlands. Through strategic restoration, quality craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail, our team helped restore the building’s appearance while enhancing its functionality and long-term value.

This comprehensive exterior renovation included upgrades to all building elevations, removal and replacement of the existing glass and framed curtain wall systems, installation of new structural steel, storefronts, new energy-efficient glazing, metal roofing, an upgraded entry door system, and new approach sidewalks and entry canopy features.
