Loving coffee means going on the journey with us. It means genuinely appreciating what’s in the cup, from a perfectly pulled shot to a slow pour over. You don’t have to start as an expert, but you have to be curious, willing to grow your palate, and excited to learn the craft behind every drink we serve.
 
Loving people means more than good customer service. It means you see every person who walks through our doors as an opportunity: to brighten their morning, to learn their name, to celebrate what they’re celebrating, or to simply make them feel at home. You take it seriously and look forward to getting to know our community. This is a people business as much as it is a coffee business.

We’re hiring part-time and full-time baristas at our shops north of Austin. Applicants with weekend availability will be given priority. If this sounds like you, we want to meet you!

Huge shout out to Sean and Tommy for competing in the U.S. Roasting Championship Qualifiers! We are blessed to have two talented coffee professionals who are not only great at their craft but also interested in continuous improvement. Tommy oversees our wholesale coffee accounts, and this was his first year competing! Sean is our Head Roaster. This was also his first time competing and he has advanced to the U.S. Roasting Championship that will be held in Hawaii!
Sean has been with Lamppost for 3 years. During his time here, he has quickly deepened his knowledge and expertise of coffee roasting and continues to look for ways to be better. We are so proud of the work he puts in daily at our Roaster as well as all of his many accomplishments and awards he has won for his great work. We can’t wait to see him compete in Hawaii, and we know he’ll do great!

Smores Latte 🍫
Oat milk latte layered with rich chocolate syrup and our signature Lamba syrup. It is topped with a toasted marshmallows which will have you transported to a smoky campfire!

Cardi-C Chai 🍁
This spiced iced chai latte is topped with a delicious Bourbon Cardamom cold foam for a bright and sweet flavor!

The Caramel Miso Hojicha
Hojicha is a Japanese roasted Tea Latte, similar to a matcha but with a more smoky and savory flavor, perfect for fall. Our Caramel Miso Hojicha is layered with our toasted Caramel Miso Syrup! The Latte is a perfect blend of smoky, nutty and sweet! Get it hot or iced!
