Community first. Train hard. Grow together. More than a gym 🏋️ Your gym, your people. CrossFit is more than just an effective way to workout and get in shape.

It is a way of living life to be your best. This includes training your body mentally and physically, as well as eating appropriately to sustain an active lifestyle.

Improve flexibility, build core strength, or just unwind! All levels welcome. First timer or seasoned yogi, you'll leave feeling alive. 🔥

Who's ready to roll out their mat and get after it? 👊

Tabatas are back! 🔥

Monday’s Metcon is going to be a fast-paced rep-chaser. We’ve got Power Cleans, Echo Bike calories, and Push Presses on the clock. The goal? Maximum effort in every window. 💨

Before we hit the gas, we’re building to a heavy Clean & Jerk complex to prime the system. Whether you’re lifting heavy or focusing on the movement flow, we’ve got a scale that works for you.

Which movement are you most excited to tackle today? 👇

Hardest one I’ve written in awhile. Y’all have fun with that sh*t next week.

There is no workout quite like Murph to remind us why we do this together.

1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another mile to finish it off. On paper, it’s a grind. In person? It’s pure energy. Seeing everyone from our Sussex County community push through those final reps and cheer each other across the finish line is exactly what we’re about. Functional fitness is hard, but it’s a whole lot better when you have a team behind you.

It's Squat Day! 🍑 We're working on that tension with a 3-second pause at the bottom today. It's tough, but that's where the progress happens. Remember, every movement in this WOD is scalable to where YOU are today- just ask a coach! Let's get after it! 💪🔥

Consistency is the secret sauce. 🏆 These names represent hours of sweat, grit, and community support right here in Georgetown. At CrossFit Unlocked, we celebrate the effort as much as the PRs.

Rachel crushed it with 29 sessions this month! 🤯 Remember, every movement is scalable and every journey starts with just one class. Let’s keep this momentum rolling into June.

Who are we seeing on the whiteboard today? 🙌🔥

Taking the sweat to the sand! 🔥 We’re heading to Cape Henlopen State Park for an Adventure Workout at the Great Dune. It’s a bodyweight partner workout, which means it’s scalable for everyone and twice the fun. Prepare to get sandy, work hard, and cool off in the ocean afterwards! 🌊💪

Monday, June 1st is Max Out Day. 🏋️♂️ We’re spending the first half of class finding our 1RM Back Squat and Strict Press. Whether you’ve been here for a month or five years, this is about your personal progress and seeing how far you’ve come. We’ll finish it off with a fast 8-minute AMRAP to get the heart rate up. Let’s get after it together. 🙌
