Makes 48:
Cut 2 cans of Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls into triangles and preheat oven to 375°. Place a small dollop on towards the point of the triangle and roll 1 cocktail size link sausage from the point to the short end of the triangle, keeping the Dillapeño and "pig" in the "blanket." Bake for 11-14 minutes on cooking sheet, seam side down, then immediately remove from the sheet. Make football laces on each pigskin with mustard and enjoy!
