Such a fun night with our youth! Thank you to every one who came out Wednesday night to enjoy the trunk or treat, hot dogs and s’mores, we enjoyed having you all at Calvary FWB church. Just a few pictures of some that was caught on camera. I’m sorry we didn’t get pictures of everybody but here’s a few that was shared with me.

Bowling and game night with our youth group. I think to say they enjoyed themselves would be an understatement, they had a blast! Thank God for a great group of kids🙌. If you’re seeing this post and don’t have a home church, we would love to have you and your kids as part of our family. These kids are the church of tomorrow. Raise them to know the Lord and keep them entertained in church or the world will entertain them!

Snow 2025❄️

Last night for our youth meeting at Calvary FWB Church the kids and adults got together to pack boxes of clothes, blankets and other misc. items to be sent to North Carolina. We feel so humbly honored to be able to help in their time of need. Our thoughts and prayers will continue to cover them as they have a long recovery ahead. These young people need to understand the devastation of what happened as well and the experience of helping others. If you’re looking for a church with a great youth group, we would love to have you as a part of our family. Thank you to all who donated and please continue to pray for all who has lost so much, there is power in prayer 🙏. God Bless you all ✝️

We will be at Calvary FWB Church today from 5-7 for anyone who would like to drop off clothes, coats, new underwear or new socks to be sent to NC. They need all the support they can get and lots of prayers.

I want to give a special thank you to Salt Marsh Designs, Georgetown Auto Sales/Tailwalker Marine, The Tackle and Shoe Box, Boat Shed, Baxley Tire and Backwoods Quail Club for their support with our fishing tournament to support our youth group. Vernon Cherry won the salt water, Hailey Cribb 2nd place and Brandon Cherry 3rd place. Tommy and Braydon Martin won fresh water. Thank you to all who participated. We’re coming up quick on our rescheduled date for the fishing tournament. Saturday, October 5th starting time has changed to whatever time you want to start fishing that morning. Weigh in time is still the same, be at the church by 2:30. We will have fish fried for all participants after the tournament so plan to stay and eat. All fees are due by Friday 10/4, please send me a message or feel free to call me all who are interested. Now let’s pray for good fishing weather🙏.

Due to bad weather the fishing tournament will be rescheduled for 10/5/24. I have tried to tag everyone that has already paid or interested that is on fb. If you are still interested please have all fees paid by 10/4/24. Thank you all who have been so supportive of our youth group functions and God bless.
