Here’s a time-lapse of the process I went through to create the logo for Hartman Lavender Garden.
What you see here is me sketching out an idea, then refining it. To get the colors of the flowers, I sampled color from photos of the actual flowers. What you don’t see is me working on a few ideas that didn’t work at all. It took some time to refine this, but I’m happy with where it wound up!

My friend over at is doing some amazing things. Spoil yourself with some lavender, lip balm and body whip (my fav)! You be doing good at the same time; every purchase goes toward their Pollinator conservation project.
