Little State Fair

Floral Hall update: a generous donation has funded much needed updates to the FH and storage areas. Our Floral Hall folks have been hard at work preparing for the 175th fair. The fair books are available on our website and in most banks and libraries and have all of the floral hall classes and rules. We look forward to your amazing entries to the the grand hall in September.

Congratulations to Rylee Hanselman on her Grand Champion placing at the Ohio State Fair Junior Horse Show in Small Equine Pleasure Driving!

Congratulations to Danica Kirk on a very successful Ohio State Fair Dog Show! Danica competed in multiple classes with her dogs Maverick and Charleigh. Her accomplishments include winning 1st Place in her division in the You and Your Dog and Dog Poster Contests. She also received Gold ratings for both Scent classes, as well as Gold in Mad-Shape-Dash and Jumpers with both dogs.

Based on Danica's variety of classes and placings, she earned the Ohio State Fair Versatility Award. She also accumulated enough points to earn a Championship Title. Way to go!

🥫🚜 Join the Fight Against Hunger! 🚜🥫
The Brown County Junior Fair is partnering with Farm Credit Mid-America and Rural 1st for the Fight the Hunger – Stock the Trailer Challenge!

From September 27 – October 3, 2026, fairgoers are encouraged to help stock the trailer with food donations to support those facing food insecurity in our community. Every donation makes a difference and helps families in need while supporting our local junior fair.
