If you are home and bored, please consider doing something positive to improve our neighborhood! Grab gloves and a bag and pick up trash or work in your yard, etc. Thanks to Jean Olsen for donating the fabric for our bulletin board, and Sherry Ecklen for scrubbing the mailboxes clean.

A huge thank you to Allen Brown for rebuilding and moving our neighborhood bulletin board! We appreciate all of your hard work and talent!

We had gorgeous weather to do our planting on the median to spruce up the entrance to Windridge Village. Thanks to all the volunteers and their hard work! Shane Gaelbreath, Lana Massey, Dan and Sherry Ecklen, Roni Bigelow, Johnathan Andrews, Allen Brown, and Mili Leiva. Also thanks to Rhonda Myers for letting us use your water. It looks great and will get better as it matures!

Please plan to join us on Saturday May 4th at 1pm as we beautify the median area. Put on your garden gloves, bring your shovels, and help us plant some greenery so the entrance to our neighborhood is welcoming again! It shouldn’t take long, and it will make such a positive impact!

Owners and tenants are invited to our annual meeting! It’s a great opportunity to meet some new neighbors while hearing about what’s happening in the neighborhood. Plus you can help make decisions about upcoming plans. There will be coffee and donuts, plus a drawing for a $50 Home Depot gift card! Mark your calendars for January 26 at 9:30 a.m. and join us at the Parks and Rec building Community room at 1101 N. College.

Hail Damage! We had a bang-up hail storm on April 13 that damaged our roof. You might want to check yours. Our area was hit pretty hard.
Remember, if you do need repairs or a replacement, you must use the same color.

Spring is here! Everything is green and growing! Time to tune up those lawn mowers, tame the weeds, and get back into the groove of mowing. Some yards need attention. Please take care of yours before the HOA writes you a letter to compel you to cooperate. Thanks!

Invoices went out in the mail yesterday.
They are due by March 15th.

A big thanks to Lana for scrubbing all of the mildew and filth off of the mailboxes! They look great!
