On a job this size, the electrical scope impacts every other trade on site. The GC knows it, the mechanical contractor knows it, and everyone is looking to the electrician to understand how it all connects. We don’t take that lightly.

Threading new dry utilities through an active campus is a different problem than starting from scratch. The buildings are there, the fields are there, the people are there. This is that kind of job, and it takes the kind of coordination and experience we’re proud to bring to projects like this.

Today we’re remembering the men and women who served and didn’t come home, and the people who love them. Their sacrifice is felt far beyond today, and it will never be forgotten.

Turns out the most important electrical decisions on any project get made in the least visible part of the job. No finished floors, no natural light, just the work and the people who know how to do it.

The tile goes in, the ceiling closes, and this work is behind it forever. That’s not a problem, that’s the standard. Every connection clean, run level, and box where it’s supposed to be. Because that’s how it gets done.

The best meeting rooms are the ones where nobody thinks about the room. The lighting is right, the power is where you need it, the AV comes up without a fifteen minute setup. We built the part that makes that possible.

FedEx moves about 15 million packages a day. The facility that handles some of them needs power that works without fail. Lighting that comes on, systems that run, backup that kicks in before anyone notices it was needed. That’s the scope. That’s what we built. That’s what’s been running without incident since we left.

Knowing how to bend pipe correctly, read a job site, and stay two steps ahead of the next trade. That’s not something you can train in a week. The Capstar crew has it. That’s why the work looks the way it does.

The Eastside Commerce Center is one campus, one electrical contractor. Commercial build-outs at this scale have a lot of moving parts: multiple tenants, phased timelines, and coordination with every other trade on site. The way you manage all of that is to stay ahead of it, and we did.
