I had the absolute pleasure to be the second shooter for at her brand new and beautiful venue in Thorndale a couple weekends ago! It was such a beautiful wedding and the couple was a pleasure to capture. I had so much fun working alongside Karen and I hope to learn so much from her photography expertise! What a wonderful experience.

A mother's love is the most beautiful thing to witness. I just had to capture this sweet photo during a recent infant photoshoot 🥰

Random thought I’d like to share…
Have you ever had an idea?💡Like a really random, heck let’s give it a shot kind of idea?

Yeah that’s me ALL the time. It doesn’t always make sense or work out. I’m usually afraid to even try because 1. I’m not that talented or 2. I’m afraid people will laugh at me for doing it.

So here’s my thoughts on it. If you have an idea…do it. Start it. Finish it. Go all the way. Even if the idea isn’t the best. Even if it’s just “ok”. Even if no one will like it, care about it or understand it…finish it.

We shouldn’t be afraid to bring our ideas to fruition. It might be a flop or nothing really comes out of if it but you know what? It’s healthy. Yep, it’s healthy.

Starting and completing something helps you with personal growth. Helps you to connect with who you really are inside. The true you. To laugh with yourself and to enjoy the finished product for what it is.

It also helps you build confidence in yourself that you CAN accomplish something even if it doesn’t turn out how you planned.

So, if you have an idea, no matter how weird or out there, don’t talk yourself out of it. Finish it. Find others who can help you accomplish it if you have to, but finish it.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! I am so excited to share that Chirpy Graphics and Photography will be working with the NEW Hidden Vista Ranch Wedding Venue in Granger, TX next year!!

I am so thrilled to be a part of this new venture for them and providing my graphic and photography talents to many brides and families!

Chirpy will be the graphic vendor for wedding invitations, RSVP cards, Save the Dates and any other graphics needed for their big day! I will also be the second shooter for Jordan Ashley Photography on the wedding days, capturing all the amazing details and candid shots!

I love capturing the interactions between the siblings and the parents when there is a new baby. During these shoots, there is so much joy and love, it makes my heart so happy! This family was the sweetest 🥰 and I was honored to take their photos. I'm sure they will be a good big brother and sister for this little one.

Isn’t she the sweetest ❤️ I love taking pictures of babies, just as they are. This little one was very fussy and wanted nothing to do with the basket I had wanted to lay her in. All she wanted was to be held by mom. Instead of forcing a picture I wanted, I listened to what she wanted and asked her mother to just hold her head and speak to her. This is what I captured 😍 I’ve learned through taking pictures of babies that flexibility is key. They have their own plan, regardless of what you want and you know what? I think those are the best pictures! I capture them and who they are and that’s the most important thing to me🥰📸
