Integrity Building Inspections Plus offers a variety of services.
First and foremost, comprehensive or limited-scope home inspections; including pre-listing inspections and purchase inspections. We also offer new construction consultations which allow homeowners of newly built homes to rest assured no short-cuts were made during the construction of their home OR a chance to contact the builder to mitigate any issues that were found. For lenders and insurers, we offer post-claim inspections to be certain all repairs were made properly and accordingly to the property where a homeowners insurance claim was filed. We also offer ancillary services to add to the comprehensive home inspection, or as standalone services. We conduct wood destroying insect (termite) inspections, radon gas testing and FHA 203(k) mortgage consulting for rehabilitation loans. John Bentley, Owner/Inspector, attained his Master Home Inspector Certification through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. He is a state licensed home inspector, a Certified Inspector through the American Society of Home Inspectors, an Affiliate Member of the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors s well as the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors.
Happy Friday everyone. I don't just service Greater Cincinnati, I inspect Appalachia too. In fact, I believe I've inspected in 18 counties in Ohio. It was a beautiful day in Scioto Co. and having no cell service is just fine some days. More pictures in the comments 😎
Part of why I have trust issues...
I'd like to wish Integrity Building Inspections a happy 10 year anniversary! July 13th was our official founding date. Moving onward, I look forward to continuing to build relationships and add new services. A huge THANK YOU to all of my terrific clients, Realtors, brokers, friends and family who have supported me. Here's to many, many more!

You never know what surprises you'll find on a roof. Soft spots that can fail when weight is applied, water intrusion points, or remnants an old version of oneself.

I have to say, this is the only underground downspout tie-in I've ever seen with nutrition facts. Fat free, but plenty of carbs and sugar. 😎

I saw this out in the wild this week. I can honestly say, it's the first one I've seen.

I had an entertaining afternoon inspection making a new friend. I had to lose the collared shirt- those claws are something else!

It's wild to think 10 years has passed, being a home inspector. My name was shown in April's edition of ASHI's REPORTER magazine.
Here's to the next decade, and beyond 😎
