Year 4 is in the books.

Every summer, our guys head out for a weekend away from the jobsite to relax, reconnect, and enjoy some well-earned time together. This year's trip brought plenty of laughs, a little friendly competition on and off the water, and time to strengthen the friendships that carry us through the rest of the year.

These weekends have become a tradition we look forward to every year. They're a reminder that taking time to invest in each other makes us a stronger team, both on and off the jobsite.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make another great Guys' Trip happen. We're already looking forward to the next.

Capital Acoustical is a commercial interiors contractor serving Central Texas, specializing in metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical and specialty ceilings, wall panels, exterior sheathing, and finish carpentry.

From the start, their team demonstrated quality workmanship, clear communication, and a willingness to work together to keep the project moving. They were professional on the jobsite, responsive when challenges came up, and a great partner to our team.

A retail experience where every detail matters.

Paradigm Commercial completed the tenant improvement for Aesop's retail location at The Domain, creating a thoughtfully crafted space that reflects the brand's distinctive approach to customer experience. Though compact in size, the project demanded an exceptional level of coordination to seamlessly integrate custom millwork, a signature central hand-washing sink, specialty lighting, and carefully selected architectural finishes.

This project extended well beyond the sales floor. The renovation included updates to the back-of-house spaces and careful coordination of building systems, ensuring every element supported Aesop's operational needs while maintaining the brand's exacting design standards.

The result is a refined retail space where craftsmanship, precision, and thoughtful ex*****on come together to support both the customer experience and Aesop's timeless aesthetic.

First impressions matter. Paradigm Commercial recently completed the Capitol Tower Lobby Renovation at 206 E. 9th Street in downtown Austin, delivering a refreshed 2,600 SF entry experience that combines modern materials, enhanced lighting, improved accessibility, and distinctive architectural features.

From blackened steel accents and wood-look finishes to custom ceiling elements and upgraded lighting, every detail was designed to elevate the tenant and visitor experience while keeping the building fully operational throughout construction.
