Priority Property Services, LLC is hiring for full time positions effective immediately. Ideal candidates should have no less than 2 years home improvement/construction experience, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.

Also seeking subcontractors in the salisbury area(and 30- 40 mile radius around salisbury). We are open to speak with any contractors looking for work, but mostly interested in companies capable of providing multiple home improvement services (painting/drywall, flooring, cabinets, trim, etc. , rather than specific trades (only provide painting). All subcontractors must provide proof of license, General liability insurance and a w9 prior to being on boarded with our company.

​Five years ago today, Priority Property Services, LLC began with a single goal: to build a better future through hard work and determination. What started as a one-man operation with a beat up Chevy truck and a basic tool kit has evolved into a full-scale construction and maintenance firm.

​Today, we are proud to hit the five-year sustainability mark with a dedicated team of eight professionals, a fleet of service vehicles, and a diverse portfolio ranging from specialized maintenance to $200,000+ renovations and house flips. In 2023, we further expanded our reach by launching our professional cleaning division, focusing on beach house and post construction cleaning.
