🏗️ Project Update: We’re getting close to the finish line at Berry Creek II

Tract C is about to be energized, marking another major milestone. Once power is on, we have approximately two weeks of interior work remaining before the building is complete.

Tracts A and B are right behind it, with progress continuing steadily as we move toward completion across the project.

A big thank you to our team, trade partners and everyone involved for keeping the project moving forward. We’re looking forward to sharing the finished product soon. ✨

🚧 We’re Hiring | Assistant Superintendent 🚧

Headwater is growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our team.

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll work alongside experienced field leaders to help keep projects running safely, efficiently and on schedule. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable field experience while contributing to the successful delivery of commercial construction projects.

What You’ll Do:
✔️Support daily field operations and project coordination
✔️Assist with project scheduling and progress tracking
✔️Help maintain a safe, organized and productive jobsite
✔️Coordinate subcontractors, inspections and material deliveries
✔️Monitor workmanship to ensure quality standards are met
✔️Document daily activities and communicate project updates
✔️Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents and trade partners to keep projects moving forward

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✔️Is motivated to build a career in commercial construction
✔️Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team
✔️Has strong organizational and problem-solving skills
✔️Thrives in a fast-paced jobsite environment
✔️Has previous construction experience or a construction-related degree (preferred but not required)

Headwater is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to join our Construction team! 🏗️

If you’re looking to build your career in commercial construction while working alongside experienced Project Managers, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience from preconstruction through project closeout.

Responsibilities:
✅ Support project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking
✅ Prepare and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
✅ Coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors to keep projects moving
✅ Assist with budgets, pay applications, project meetings, and closeouts
✅ Help ensure projects meet contract requirements, safety standards, and company procedures

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
✔️ 1–3 years of commercial construction experience (internships welcome)
✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
✔️ Experience with Microsoft Office; Procore or similar construction software is a plus
