Party Trick Gundogs

Mother “Lindsay BBA Porter” NA prize I, great in the field and the home very cooperative. Comes from “Sharp shooter” lines amazing pedigree.

Sire “Latah’s make me Augustus” NA prize III, great wild bird dog, really fun all around hunting dog, heavily influenced “Rad Bach” and “Dun Fur” lines.

The entire litter is really, just a joy to have around. They are learning so fast and very well put together.

Tonight some of the bird dogs and our guard dog are working with, Lindsay’s Tequila “Rose” on group place.

This exercise teaches patience and calmness around other dogs and people.

Took the pups out for a walk with the big dogs, then worked on some place training with “Jack”
the hound.

Our newest hunting dog, Lindsay’s “Jack” Daniels if you please, joined our family, last week. He is a 9 month old sweet as pie, 3/4 Running Walker, 1/4 bloodhound. He will be our specialty hound, with that his primary job will be; pursing Cougars for the WDFW none lethal pursuit program, WDFW problem predator removal program and recreational Raccon hunting. We are excited for him to join us.

This will be our first and last field bred Lab breeding! Full expectations these puppies will be amazing hunting companions! Bitch, is a working service dog, with over 100 days in the feild most seasons.

Sire, is worked frequently as a traditional flusher/retriever. Strong prey drive, very athletic build and very biddable. This litter is expected to go FAST!!!!

This weekend was the first test weekend for the NAVHDA Scablands chapter. I ran my 13 month old GSP (German Shorthair Pointer) “Lindsay’s Porter”, who received a Natural Ability Prize I (112). Darren handled his dog Zelda a (15 month old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon) in his first test, they collectively received a prize III and scored 100. Great weekend of memories for my son, our dogs and I.
