One year ago, we opened the doors to Vault Pilates with a simple hope: to create a space where people could feel stronger, more connected, and supported in their movement.

What this first year became is more than we could have imagined!

Thank you to every client who showed up for their first class, brought a friend, trusted us with their body, cheered us on, and helped build this community! Vault exists because of YOU!

We are thrilled to announce that Hana Kennedy arrived on Monday, May 11th at 9:17pm, weighing 8lbs 12oz and measuring 21.25” long!
Mama and baby are both doing great 🤍

We are incredibly grateful for the love and support we’ve felt from the entire Vault community throughout this exciting chapter - from the beautiful baby shower hosted by the Brainard family, to the amazing stroller gifted by our members, to every kind word and check-in along the way.

A huge thank you as well to our incredible instructors, who have stepped up and made it possible for us to take some time with our new baby. We can’t wait for everyone to meet Hana soon! 🤍

📣✨ INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT ✨📣

Keri Humphrey brings a strong background in rehabilitation, movement, and patient care to Vault Pilates. Originally from Michigan and Connecticut, she moved to New York to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nazareth University.

Keri has practiced physical therapy for five years and specializes in sports rehabilitation, vestibular rehab, and post-operative conditions. She first came to Vault when the studio opened and quickly caught the “Pilates bug,” eventually deciding to pursue Balanced Body Comprehensive Certification with Amy at Vault.

Keri currently lives in Canandaigua, NY. Outside the studio, she enjoys traveling, paddle boarding, hiking, and skiing.

📣✨ INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT ✨📣

Mackensi Shaw is a native of Geneva, NY and brings a strong background in movement and rehabilitation to Vault Pilates. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Brockport and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nazareth University. She is also a Certified Golf Performance Coach through the Titleist Performance Institute.

Mackensi was first introduced to Pilates at Vault and was drawn to the focus on controlled movement, alignment, and body awareness. After experiencing its benefits firsthand, she decided to pursue Balanced Body Comprehensive Certification with Amy at Vault.

Mackensi lives in Stanley, NY with her husband and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Hilda. Outside the studio, she enjoys hiking with her husband and dog, golfing, and spending time on the lake.
